Pss9 the best choice?

I can't speak to the PSS-9 setup. I have the PSS-10s on my car. Set at 5 front and rear. My roads are terrible where I live...and I still love the suspension. Granted, the car was set up with a good corner balance. Ride height is a little below ROW. Street use only.
As bad as our roads are...I have zero complaints about the Bilsteins. They are fantastic. All else equal, you can save $3k going that route.
