Thanks Everyone. I am probably going to pass on this one and keep looking. Ideally - I will find someone who will sell a RUF Turbo R

We recently saw two Ruf Turbo Rs for sale, and threads posted here. Have you investigated those?

I would hold off. That car is nuthin but trouble imo.
Why not just keep your current car, lightly mod and really get some seat (track) time?
You already have pss9s, just add an exhaust and your done.
The devil you know.......

anyone here driven both a Ruf turbo R and an Andial 3.8? care to compare/contrast? I've driven neither but those would be on my very short list to replace my current car if needed.

As an FYI. The car listed in my post sold for $54k on ebay. That's cheaper than I had expected.

Doug:
Steve and I have

Steve actually drove El Guapo (Andi at the time) home for me on the day I bought him because I had a truckload of wings and wheels.

If a stock 993 turbo is a .38 special, a RUF Turbo R is a .357 Magnum and an Andial 3.8 is a .44 magnum: An Andial 3.8 on the race gas setting is a .454 Casull.
The rest is suspension setup., which is personal and dependant on the purpose of the car.
