Looking for a sibling

Looking for a sibling
I'm trying to decide if I want to keep my 993TT and add another Porsche to the stable, or take it and some cash and get a 997.2TT. I usually live by the rule "if one is good, more is better," so I'm leaning towards finding another P-car to compliment and drive more often. So here's what I'm thinking (in no real order)
1) 930 Turbo -- least expensive, most raw, still fun to drive
2) 964 Turbo -- 3.6's are pricey, but are the ones to have. Too similar to a 993 potentially?
3) 996 "Beater" -- something to drive the crap out of and feel real good about it afterwards
4) 996TT -- a more expensive option to 3, but still sounds fun.
OR
Get rid of the 993TT with cash and get a 997TT. I doubt I'll do this because the 997TT would just sit in my garage. I want to buy a car that I'll drive a good bit. If I could put a car seat in any of these, I might use it as a daily driver.
Anybody got any good ideas here?
Thanks,

I'm kinda going that way too. I like my E63, it's fun, but I could see it getting a lot of dust on it if I could choose between two p-cars everyday.

Having had 4 930's and driven a 996tt. I loved all my 930's and still think they are (next to the 993tt) one of the greatest looking porsches ever. They hold their Value well at around 30 and have a LOT of soul.
But bang for your buck if you are looking for something you are going to drive often, get a 996tt. They are a LOT of car for the money, but are stupidly reliably and FAST right out of the box... and have potential to be REALLY fast with a few mods...And since its a 996 you wont feel bad about driving into the ground.
I also like the idea of a late 60's early 70's longhood.

I do like the fact that the 930's hold their value well and are more of a purist's car...but you sure can't beat a/c and cruise control that works well in the 90 degree days of summer.
I'd love to find a 964T, but like our cars, they are holding their value way too well to beat on like a rented mule.

Door #1!!! Old school baby! You've already done the 996 thing and while I don't really think the 964t will be like the 993tt, I think you'll appreciate the greater difference between the 930 and 993tt.

I did a cursory look on autotrader.com last night for 930s and was stunned at the asking prices. That may end up with a large bearing on the situation, as I was thinking they'd be in the high 20s to low 30s. It appears most are in the high 30s to low 40s. Granted they won't depreciate much, but they will need more work (likely), so the cost of ownership becomes high.
Decisions, decisions!
