We are on a 48 hour continuance until I verify that the second unit rectifies my issue. If it does I will ask for the case to be dismissed, if not, then you should all get your affairs in order.

As an outside observer...with some legal experience...it looks to me like your class action is going nowhere. Just an observation. Maybe stand your ground a little bit?

 

Note that a WHO study comparing a high Pentosin exposure sample to the general population found that the P sample had a lower incidence of all diseases and exceptional ummm, member growth.............good luck with that class action..........

Does that WHO study suggest dunking it in Pentosin or ingesting it? Not that I need it, of course.

Did you ever get the problem fixed?Was it indeed a Defective new Slave Cylinder?Maybe you stated you got it fixed and I just missed it.

 

Defective slave was the culprit. Case closed.....for now.
