Default Bosch discontinued 993 Headlight Lenses. We have sets on the shelf!

Bosch has discontinued the 993 headlamp lens and we bought the last of their stock. Sure you can still get the whole assembly, but at over 700 for a set, it gets kinda pricey. When your headlamp buckets are still good, but the lenses have gotten foggy, just replace the lens. Common sense, right?

New lamps really get rid of that foggy look and cleans up the front of the car.

Get a set while they are still available.

No, it has a B in front because it is a kit assembled by us. Porsche never sold them as a kit with a separate part number. These are genuine parts from Bosch via Porsche. They come in genuine boxes.

Default Auto Atlanta?

Great. But can you get/sell just the Ignitor for the 96' litronic? It'd the Bosch part inside the assy? I'm having an impossible time getting one of these.

Thanks,
chad

I'll give a look around. Do you happen to have the Bosch part number?

this number has stopped since 2002
there are superceeding numbers now.
just identify if you have the 2.0 litronic or 2.1
they have different lamps.
accordingly on ebay you will find your igniter.
on search button click ( bosch igniter 1307329*) with asterics after the digit 9
regards

Hi Geolab and Thanks. I'm pretty sure its 2.0 as it is a 96.

Just tried ebay and the only ones that seem similar are for BMW M3's. Since there is a difference between 2.0 and 2.1 I just don't see a part off a 02-06 BMW wokring on a 2.0 96 headlamp. do you?

Chad
