Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of any direct replacement speakers for the 993 turbo (with sound package)

Ideally would like to pull the bass speakers out (the bottom ones) and put something more substantial in, whilst using the factory grills.

Any suggestions?

Just to clarify, I wanted to know if anyone knows of a component speaker kit that is a direct fit under the factory grills?

I replaced everything except the rear speakers with:
Hertz Hi-Energy HSK 165.4 there was a little work to be done to keep the original covers for the tweeters, but I think it was pretty easy.
Becker Cascade Pro
I also added a subwoofer that I can remove. Sounds very good.

Were the Mids and Bass direct replacements?

I could use the existing tweeter, and change those two.

It was the Hertz: HSK163.3 - 3 way 16.5cm components

Everything fit perfectly. Absolutely change the tweeters; the hertz tweeters are much better.
