that "Turbo" badge look big, similar to the car i am looking at, are those not original 993 Turbo badges as well? expert opinions please. thanks

 

Wow, me thinks prices are a risin'. Badge looks original to me...

 

Ooops. Had another look and don't think chrome "turbo" badge was an original option.

 

white comes with a 10k premium.

 

ASKING price and SELLING price can be two very different #s!

 

+1 Forman is dreaming if they think they'll get that price for this car.

Still for sale. Most cars at Forman are on consignment so it depends on how realistic and motivated the seller is. Forman is closing up shop this spring in Phoenix and mpving back to the midwest so I am not sure how focused they are on selling cars right now.

 

The badge is from a 996 turbo. But it doesn't have to mean anything really.. The pictures are kind of bad so it's difficult to make a judgement on the condition of the car. The passenger side exhaust tip looks to be misaligned and the engine compartment lid is not closed or does not close fully and is misaligned.

 

If the car is clean he could get pretty close to that up here. More if it was silver, Arena Red or black.....

 

But it's not in Canada....and it's not silver, AR, or black.

 

The car looks ok to me from the first view of these pics. It would be nice if it had a full carbon interior. There appears to be missing some carbon from the dash. The tailpipes don't fit as nicely as they should but that is a minor detail. In my opinion the colour is really nice especially with the matching wheels. You might want to check with Willhoit to see if there is anything there that you like. He is a site sponsor and has sold cars to many members on this site.

 

Yupper, but lots of these things are coming north with the parity buck and he's not far off if there's only a small colour penalty....
