Anything on the oil sump that can leak?
I have a leak happening on the passenger side above the turbo. It is dripping off the heat shield and onto the exhaust just past the turbo. From above, I removed the IC and everything looks fine from above. Are there any possible leak areas on the oils sump which I assume is behind the wheel liner? The oil has been seeping even with the car turned off it appears.

Which heat shield? If the turbocharger bearing housing looks wet>that usually is a failing oil filter.
A failing valve cover gasket will shed oil on the heat exchanger and lower heat shield.

That almost looks like a rear bumper shock absorber leaking.. The upper heat shield for your rear bumper/side shield is wet with oil.
A chain housing leak will yield the "WET" area on your cats.. However you have alot of oil above this on the upper rear shield.
One thing that I forgot to mention. If you spill alot of oil or overfill the main engine oil tank OR the plastic hose the passes inside the right frame rail will yield these results!
To correct this you have to pull/remove your rear bumper and remove the shock/bumper reinforcement and clean the oil that is inside the frame rail. It's a nice messy cleaning job for sure.
If the car was rear-ended I have seen the plastic oil fill hose "getting" cracked. It's a major "PIA" to fish out the old hose and install the new one..
