Long cold winters make you do funny things. (He said jealously.)

Try 3M adhesive remover. You can get it at Home Depot in an orange aerosol can. It works great. Spray on, let sit and you can wipe it off with a shop rag...

Nice job gruppe!

I have done the same and am probably somewhere between you and some of the fanatics on the 993 board. The biggest problem for me is cleaning out all the nooks and crannies, it is time consuming. My next shot at it will be with a high pressure steam cleaning to get into the tough spots. Keep up the good work!

Below is an example of a guy who keeps the underneath of his car cleaner and newer looking than most of us do the outside of our cars.

I didnt mean that post to put your work down - sorry if it came across that way!

The job you have done is fantastic and way more than i could ever hope to achieve....

Search "Xenit" on the 993 board - it is apparently the Schizzle for cosmoline removal.

There are some truly sick ppl - sick in a good way!

Simon.

No offense taken, it was my viewing of those postings that is the driving force to my insanity. Now that I have started I don't think it is possible to stop. I think I am sick, in a good way

Wow! A work of art but I would never have the patience. As long as the top is spotless, that's where I put on the brakes.
