Didn't feel like I was piling on; I have been following the 993TT market closely for a while and just felt that the statement that white ones were rare was, as far as current availability of white cars/# of TTs for sale was inaccurate.
Plus, I thought every for sale post was required to list an asking price? Are sponsors excluded from this rule, moderators?

Good luck with the sale. I hope you get your asking price. White 993s are great looking cars.

OK....UPDATED asking price, $69,980.

For RENNLIST MEMBERS only.....asking price is $67k. Includes all OEM parts mentioned and all upgrades.

We can assist with shipping anywhere, we will consider any trades, and can also assist with financing (one advantage of consigning with a reputable dealer).

Nice car. I think you're better off selling the seats and BBS wheels separately. They are both worth a decent amount on their own and in high demand. It would be a lot easier to sell the car close to that asking price if it was closer to stock.

I believe this car was in colorado around the time I bought waldo. I attempted to buy the car from go motors in boulder and was informed as I was coming down to purchase it that someone in florida had wired funds. I have ppi info if it is in fact the same car.

Grand Prix White turbos are generally worth more than any other color. They are also faster: the factory saved the good engines for white cars.

Only overseas - White is only worth more than say an AdventURINE car. And yes colour matters a lot here.

In order of "perceived" value

Black
Silver (both types)
Dark Blue (Ocean, Midnight and possibly Riv)
Reds (both types)
Whites
The rest....

Bearing in mind how small a market it is down here - it has only been my experience.... YMMV.

Notwithstanding the above I LOOOVE white on a 993 and love some Blues even more.... again this is MY opinion.

Switch - GLWS.

Nice car, miss my 993TT. GLWS

Not sure why people get so "bent out of shape" when this is a forum for like minded people that enjoy Porsche's. 993TT's selling for higher prices is good for all 993TT owners.

Hey Simon, I sold it to two guys in Florida that race in HSR. They have a whole fleet of cool older racer cars (i.e. BMW CSL's, Jaguar XKE's). Had a few bites on RS but still no takers. I'm still trolling here every now and then. Got caught up racing rally cars lately so the road/track stuff has gotten neglected.

The car is actually an "off-site" consignment and it is in Florida. We sell cars to/from every part of the country.
