Body work is almost competed. Should be painted in less than 2 weeks. EVERY piece of fiberglass required extensive work to make it fit properly. Dont believe anyone that tells you these parts just require final sanding then paint. (unless you hear that from a customer!)

Lou,

Looking good!! Seems like nice work.

Fred,

Same same same - dont be discouraged - even mine (all the way down here) were Crap - took ages to get anywhere near right - and 2 frt bars and 2 sets of rear flares....

Cant wait to see it done!

Simon.

Full Boost, my body shop is doing a fantastic job. I have not had to replace any fiberglass parts. They will make everything work and the fit will end up being pretty good. I should have more pics late this week.

My interior pieces are at the upholstery shop. I am going with REAL Alcantara ( black)

Fred, just saw this for the first time and went through the entire thread. Congrats on an awesome project. I hope you've decided to go with door bars. If you're going to do it, you may was well do it right...cf doors, belts and harnesses, airbag delete, lexan etc. You cant do cf doors without door bars and being that the glass is already out, you may as well replace it with the light stuff. A lot of us here can appreciate your desire for a compromise car but after a while you may come to realize it is just that...a compromise and you start tearing things apart again. You made a bold decision. Keep going. Looks like you have some great help from Spartan, Simon and others. Looking forward to the end result.
