Decent ad, pu911rsr hit the nail on the head though. Almost impossible to get an auto loan for a 13-4 yr old car, buyer must have cash on hand. Collectors will want lesss miles and no mods.
Your best option is either return it to bone stock and lower the price, or focus on true enthusiasts who want a DD, but still lower your price to 60k.
At 65k it will take months to sell, 55k will sell today.......60 is the sweet spot imo. I saw a silver 97 with 34k miles go for 67k after several months in ny.

Great car. The ad looks fine to me as is the price.
The market is picking up...
To give you an idea I had my mint 2 owner Datsun Z for sale on several websites and it took three months to sell it (listed it in March sold it in June). I lickily got my full asking price, this is a strict pleasure vehicle and like your 911 something that you would not drive daily.
The economy is improving..slowly though...so hang in there and your car will find a home.
If I was in the market for a 993TT I would be calling you.

There was one right in your backyard 2 months ago. It was advertised for $65K in the PCA rag, Blue on Blue, 35K miles, very nice shape. I talked to the owner and he brought it down to $58K in our first conversation - he had been trying to sell it for months. Not keen on blue guts, I passed on it. He called me back a month later and offered it to me for $55K. I passed it onto another Rennlister and he bought it...
Also, watch ebay...the last few 20K mile cars sold to delears in the low $60's and are now back on-line in the mid $70's...

A desperate seller with a hard to sell color combination is hardly representative of the market.
I think the OP is at most $5k to high, and thats pushing it.

Your photos are great, but I'd add a few more interior shots. I don't think your asking price is out of line at all - anyone seriously looking to buy a 993TT and liked your color combination would at least give you a call and this way you leave yourself a little negotiating room.
