On my Kumho tires, I am running 36F (stock) and 42R (-2 vs stock).

35f/40r....Sport Contac 2's. Wrench recommends 34f/38r but I find this a bit squirmy.....

I run stock (36/44) on the street, but I have focused on DE settings on my Toyo RA1s. After sitting thru a Hoosiers tire Tech Talk at a PCA DE, I now run +6 to +8 over stock setting for DEs.
The Tech Talk focused on tire temperature as a gauge as to what is the optimum tire pressure.
Tech Talk also pointed out that analog tire gauges can be off by +4 or even more. Like compasses at sea, use one or three, but never two. :-)
The Hoosier guy suggested always re-calibrating the analog gauge (stop by tire vendor trailer at track events) or switch to a quality digital gauge. He also really said for track use, tire temp (metal pin probe gauge on outside, center, and inside tread locations) is key not just pressure.
So he said to get a good tire temp probe gauge as a critical tire tool for track use.
