Question RS rear engine mounts... how long is the bolt?

I have been holding on to a pair of RS mounts, I bought two bolts: 12mm x 1.5 x 100mm in 8.8 hardness. These bolts seem at least 1/2" (10mm) too short. What length bolt is recommended? Where can I get them?

Thanks.

I believe the necessary length is 120mm. Thats what I used for the wevo mounts and they were well long enough.

That works for the naturally aspirated cars. The turbo has a thicker carrier and needs a longer bolt.

I got mine from www.boltdepot.com

no minimum order size.

+1 on the longer bolt which is the proper way to do things but, you can get away with the shorter bolt depending on the 'array' of washers and spacers you use (some of which did not make sense to me - at your own risk) ...
I have many thousands of miles and track days and seems to be okay. I occasionally check all my fasteners as a rule and haven't noticed any problem with these.

Sunset carries everything in stock you need. You'll also need the necessary THICK washers and new nuts. They told me they carry everything in stock ongoing. No affiliation...

same mount, yes. those are studs. on the N/A cars, there is just more threads showing at the end of the nut.

Thanks everyone. I found a place here in Santa Cruz : "Fastenal" that carries all sorts of fasterners. They didn't have the 120mm in stock, but ordered them for me.

Now another question... do the RS mounts hang the engine any higher or lower than the stock mounts? A guy with a center exhaust really need to know. Can the engine be raised a smidge with washers or shims?

although I'm not 100% positive, I would place a large bet that the RS mounts, with the correct placement of the washers and cups, should put the engine in the same place that new standard motor mounts would. If your mounts were ruptured and drooping, then it may raise the engine up a touch. One of mine was leaking, and after installing the wevo mounts, the exhaust tip (my rudimentary measuring device) rose maybe 1/4 of an inch, if that.

I would say the engine could be lowered with washers, but not really raised.

I had trouble installing the check valves on my turbos because the RS mounts raised the engine enough to cause clearance problems for the fittings.

For RS mounts on the turbo cars, we use this bolt from the front control arm: 900 082 118 09
125mm, IIRC

I am fairly certain 120mm is long enough
