Default Exhaust surgery!

I am bringing my car over to Darin's shop on Saturday morning for some exhaust surgery!

I had Fabspeed bypass pipes on for a year or so and got tired of the resonance. Went back to stock to quiet my wife's complaints about the noise.

Fortunately, with the help of some "performance enhancing" supplements, I am ready for a little nip/tuck on the mufflers.

Going for the black velvet ceramic coating and some similarly coated wide oval tips!

Wish me luck!

Hal

I had Supercups on my Cab. When I got the turbo it was way to quiet. I had Darin do the turbo muffler mods on mine and it is perfect. You won't be sorry.

I am getting really excited. Been too quiet for too long.

When I first installed the bypasses I had my friend do a WOT pass while I stood on the side of the road and it was awesome, so I am looking forward to waking the neighbors again without droning or the ChrisCraft burble.

Let me know how you like them, I have the Fabspeed's and was thinking of swapping them out. Something new for 2010.

The patient is in the hospital and I am anxiously awaiting the results!

Dropped off the car at Darin's on Saturday. Got to hear Mark's car in person and it sounded great!

Hope my car is still above water! Four storms coming through Cali this week.

Might be doing billet valve covers while the mufflers are off.

Hal, she's still high-n-dry! And in good company. A C2S with an Andial 3.8 is keeping her company, as well as my NB baby.Muffs are done and heading in to ceramic tomorrow morning.

Anticipation . . . . Mine is up on the rack getting a BLack Ceramic set installed too (and a load of other MTCE stuff), can't wait to hear them fire up out on the road.
