No service history...too risky?

i would not be put off by lack of service history w/25k miles.
Do a very complete ppi and still budget 5-10 K to fix any remaining issues that will popup from the car having sat for long periods ..e.g. leaks, hoses, valve covers, etc.
Its safe to guess that a 25k turbo that is 14 years old w/o much service history probably sat for long periods with some of its previous owners.
good luck with it and post pics when you buy it.
