After hand washing, I use a California Squeege to get the bulk of the water off then a drying towel. Very quick and easy.

I pay $10 for hand wash outside and clean inside, $15 and they will come to me if I do not feel like leaving it up the street or waiting around

Leaf blower (red max-can never have too many cfm's) leaving some droplets on the paint. Then mist with Eagle one spray wax and two micro fiber towels to dry/buff. The spray wax assures no water drop streaks.
