Any idea who sells either adaptors, or spacer kits for 993's? I need 1", or even 1.25".... Just for the rears...

H&R does. Give Steve @rennsport a call. For some spacers you have to have new studs put in which can be kind of big project especially for the rear.

okay so i found some... now i don't know if i should do 1" or 1.25"... I'm worried about the 1.25 being too aggressive, and causing some rubbing....

Has anybody used 20mm spacers on the OEM twists? I guess my real question is, will 18x10 +20 rub? I'm pretty damn low in the rear too...

i was thrilled when i removed my spacers when having switched wheels. Remember spacers are extra unsprung eight. How much does each one weigh that you purchased?

Probably half a pound... but I never track my car... my car will spend 90% of t's life parked in front of my tire shop, and the other 10% driven around on the week-ends... I don't have the time to EVER drive this car hard, or track it...

For me, its about making this car look as pretty as humanly possible !!!

AHI, if you have the stock 18" turbo twists (10x18 ET40) in the rear, then 20mm is VERY aggressive IMHO. People tend to run 7mm spacers with the standard twists for a flush fit. It also depend on the tire and ride height but if you are running at low ride height and 285's in the back, I would stick with ½" e.g 12,5mm or 15mm maximum.

I would buy multiple spacers and just see what fits up best. Just make sure you are allowed to return them though, many places won't take back spacers if the package was even opened!!

I'm not running the twists... My rears are 18x10 +50... and I'm putting on a 31mm spacer.... (1.25")... you think that extra 6 mm will make it rub?

I measured with a tape measure from the corner of the tire tread, to about the inside corner of the fender lip, and I have about a 1.75" space... I figured the 1.25" would be aggressive enough without rubbing.... they will be here in a couple days and I'll hope for the best....

Ok I see. I assumed you had the twist when I saw your avatar. On my C2S which is the same body I had 10x18 ET54 with 31mm spacers. It was fine but tight. I think the 1.25" spacer will be aggressive but doable. You might not be able to run 295s though..

Ok... I am currently running the 285's with no plans on going to 295's...

Was your C2S lowered?

It was running on factory M030 springs so yes it was lowered (ROW ride height) but not that aggressive. No rolled fenders either.
