Waldo... its great to see photos of him. He still looks great. Some of those photos are old ones that I took several years ago. Does the ad say where he is located?

Well.. It appears as if the car is in Vienna, Austria. Or at least the seller is. My guess is that the car is still in the US and that the seller just took the pictures off an american website and put up the ad in Europe. It says that the price includes registration in Austria, which implies that the car is not yet registered in Europe..

not really more just a scam - the scammer finds pix and description of a nice car and then puts up an ad as if the car belonged to them. They will then try and get some (or all) of the money and then disappear.

Or, like they did in NY. Placed an ad in newsday for a porsche at a dirt cheap price, people call and are invited to come take a look/place a deposit, when they get there they are robbed at gunpoint.

I think the seller, is actually a car importing business.
Which sometimes can be a bit annoying, since they list the cars as they would have them in stock when they are rather on the other side of the pond.
