Default Highest Mileage 993TT

I am generally more of a lurker and apologize to post such an obviously lame copy of a current 993 board post, but in reading that and similar threads over time, I discovered that I totally get off on hearing about high mileage cars -- I think because it embodies everything I love about Porsche cars: the real world driveability, durability, longevity, relatively low profile, etc. No offense to the Italian cars, but I have never seen a 100K-mile Ferrari 355 or Lambo anything prior to the Gallardo. Not saying that those cars aren't durable, but I suspect you just can't deal with the high profile day after day, year after year, and that may be partly why the miles are lower. Anyway, please post your mileage and anything else you think people will care about, like what you have had to do, how you drive it, etc.

Yeah man, he had to do some major work...think he had to change his original brake pads after 200k miles..

I may be wrong, but he'll chime in ....
