Well, you can't do it while driving....
The PSS10s have "clicks" that you can feel. So if you know which way to turn them without needing to see the settings, they are easy to adjust. Just lay down next to the car, reach under each shock and adjust based on the feel of the clicks.

What I would like to know is how many that have PSS9's or 10's actually make any setting changes after the initial set up? I would think that unless you are tracking your car, why would you need to change the damper settings. For street use only why not just go with HD's and ROW or H&R springs?
i only change my settings on the days i "track" my car.
daily driving = no changes
Front = 2
Rear = 3
