The M030 upgrade for the 951 used what was called the medium S4 caliper used on the 928 and later on the 993 n/a. This is not to be confused with the medium S4 used on the early 91-92 964 turbo using a 322mm rotor. Both use the same pad and pistons but the 928 version was a different casting using a smaller 304mm rotor. The standard upgrade for most cars this vintage would be the 964 turbo 3.6 big red or the 993TT big red fronts these are the same caliper same part number (yes a 993 p/n was used on the 94 turbo). This is the same caliper as the big black first used on the 92 928 GTS. These calipers are the same but one is designed for leading the other trailing edge mount. All you would need to do is swap the bleeders and cross over pipe to make them work. These use the 10mm wider pad (58 x 132mm vs 48 x 132mm) than the Medium S4 with the larger rotor but the pistons are the same on all these calipers.
Unless you have an M030 equipped 951 or 944S2 you will need adapters for either of these calipers. The big reds are radially mounted vs the axial mount of most 944's.
You can choose what upgrade you want buy picking which rotor is best for you. Most people chose the 993TT offset which is 5mm less than the 94 turbo big red. This would allow you to have a larger selection of rotors since the 993TT rotors are 2 piece and there are multiple aftermarket aluminum hats or slotted rotors available. The 964 turbo or 965 as some call it is a single piece rotor and can be interchanged with the Non-cross drilled 928GTS rotor if you decide to go this route.
I happen to have a clean low mileage set of brakes off a 94 turbo for sale. This would be the big red front caliper and what is called the little red rear caliper. The little reds use a smaller 44 x 98 mm pad vs the 48 x 132mm rear pad of the rear 993TT caliper but use a larger 30/34mm piston vs 2 28mm pistons of the 993TT. It also uses a smaller 299 x 28 mm rotor but can be used with the standard 299 x 24mm rotor. I have adapters and new bolts for the fronts to accommodate the 965 style rotor although I am not 100% sure they will work for your application. I believe they will but you would need to verify.
I am asking $1350 for the set of 4 calipers adapters and bolts. No pads or rotors included. These are used although slightly and paint is in good shape with a few minor nicks but nothing serious.
PM me if your interested.

A few I see right off the bat is that the big reds and big brembo first was used on the 94 turbo not the 91 turbo. Both used 322mm rotors but the 91-92 turbo used the medium S4 pad as I mentioned which measures 48 x 132mm vs the big pad which measures 58 x 132mm. It was never used on the N/A 993 unless it were a widebody. The 993tt used the same sized 322mm rotor as the 94, not the 330mm mentioned. The differences were in the offset (993TT is 5mm less than the 94 and the 993TT used a 2 piece rotor vs the single piece) otherwise they are almost identical.
I would think twice about using this as a true guideline.
