Looks the nuts! I'm surprised with your obvious mental condition with regards to aero mods that you are putting the GT2 arches back on. Aren't you a little curious as to how it will go without them before you put them back on?

Jon, you know me well.....

Of course I have pondered just getting my man to weld on some more aerodynamic arches to cover the wider wheels - but ultimately I just love the arched look and it is "fast enough" also with a big GT2 spoiler on the derriere its going to be at its slowest ever

Love the shaved rain gutters, nice job! Please explain exactly what you are doing to the interior.

Outstanding looks and work performed, love the reinforcement work done on it. Funny how some of our cars have evolved over the last few years, we keep doing changes to their original build, yet we don't want to change them. Looking forward for the comparative data in high speed coast down, we will need MOD to lend you the original wing sometime to know the exact effect of the gutters on their own!

Toby is that an integral roll bar that is welded on the inside of the roof? Looks great!

Thanks for feebback and comments

Eclou, I am still not certain of the extent of the custom "IRC" my man has fabricated but yes it definately goes right across the back of the roof just befor e the screen, then attachs to those down pillars which are welded to the existing metal and drop down to the (apparently) very solid section at the floor. I think there is also some extra metal going back either side of the rear screen and there is a strengthening beam acroos the front above the screen (although this is not supported by any drop bars....

Here is a shot I really like showing those new down pillars, I would like to leave them painted and somewhat exposed so I will see what he can do

You can also spot the leaded in headlight washers (for Scott )

Toby, you need your daughter to show you how to set the date on your camera.

PS. Awesome pics BTW - looking forward to seeing it in the flesh as it were.

Can't keep the down pillars exposed as it is only the front edges which are painted so they will have to be trimmed in....
Just for my records, these pics detail where the extra metal has gone:
Phelix, The car is 200 miles away, I am not taking the photos - but you are right

Very impressive, I like it. Keep the pictures coming.
Are you going to duct air to the engine intake from the GT2 spoiler?
regards
Steve
