+1(or two ro three). Wheels, mirrors, headlights (993) and front markers/signals just that little bit different. What's that saying? "Good from far, but far from good!"

Sorry for the poor quality photo (it was from my phone).
it looked real in person. I didn't know that replicas even existed but it makes sense. I am not sure that the front lens and headlight ring are different as the quality of the photo is so poor, but the wheels and mirror are not correct. I guess it could be a replica or for some reason changed the wheels and mirrors.
In the june issue of Panorama is an article about Helmuth Bott R &D chief at Porsche 70-88 and how the 959 was his personal favorite project.

Sloan has had this 959 for sale for quite some time at a price $475k.

According to Keith Martin's book "Collecting Porsche", you actually have to send these cars back to the factory to have them serviced - could that be right?

I'll be at the Quail event next week, it feature 25th Anniversary of the 959. I'll take all the pictures of reals and fakes (if I can find some) you want.

No, that is not right. I know of at least one place in So. Cal that services 959s.

I vote replica too. IIRC the 959 had headlight washer as standard, and the above car hasn't.

replica-wipers on original are spread apart-the ones on this car are grouped, 993 style-
