Where to find 996TT anti-check valves and scavenge lines for 993TT?
I am a new RLer, and I need some help and information.
My 1997 993TT has the famous (it seems) problem of smoking and oil leak. I am vacationing in the States, and I would like to order the 996TT anti-check valves and scavenge lines that apparently fix this problem (from what I read in the 993 Turbo forum).
A few questions:
1) can I buy these off Pelican Parts, or are they made (as I seem to remember) by a shop? If the latter,can someone give me their website/e-mail address, and give some indication on the price?
2) if I just hand over these parts to the mechanic who services my car, will he know how to perform the installation? Is it very straightforward, or is it complex?
