Carlimits Day with MOD500
Some photos and a poor video from the carlimits day i did with MOD500 on Sunday.

Thanks a lot for posting Ruxpin 
To explain the first portion of the video ... we were exiting the access road at increasing speed then turning the corner and trying to keep the cars from going over a channel drain (an imaginary wall) running the length of the air strip. The instructor tells you to take the corner with no feet and steering only, plus braking all the way round too .... this was all after letting you take the corner at 60 mph by your own method, which for me involved mashing the throttle and sliding uncontrollably all over the place! Very strange feeling to eaily steer round the bend at 75 and keep the right side of the 'wall' with no feet plus steering only with my LH finger round a spoke on the steering wheel! Learnt also about how braking pressure provokes understeer and oversteer, plus (a revelation to me) that when understeering you can tighten the line by winding some lock off!
The circuit time was great fun, has to be said that Ruxpin was 1.5 secs per lap quicker then me by the end of the day

I've done a couple of days with Andy and a couple with Don Palmer. They're both so different but I feel I learnt more with Don simply because he communicates a little better (to me, anyway). Amazing drivers are 2 a penny ;O), amazing teachers are tougher to find!
fwiw I managed 55.5 sec's around the circuit when my TT was standard other than pss9's. Andy managed to haul it around in 55.
Did Andy drive your car?
