Ok, kind of nerdy to post, but I just love it!

Javier,

Your Ruf has a very sweet sound. A bit quieter than Rufus... mellow and nice. But I have to add... what a couple of nitwits we are. And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

Too bad "nitwit" is not availabe as a license plate! Actually, checked. I love the idle on Rufus. I've come to really love th high RPM Scream on mine, though.

Yours doesn't sound any louder than mine at idle. But mine got me ejected from a track day here yesterday. I was on a 105db day and hit 101db on the static test. I knew I was in trouble. I was "trying" to short shift it where I knew the noise meters were and almost made it. Then in the second to last run I came upon a GT3 I knew I could pass. The "red mist" descended on me. I threw caution to the wind, forgot all about short shifting, passed him, got black flagged and ejected. And I drove home with the biggest smile on my face I've had in a long time. Priceless!

Javier,

Great sound. Wish one could run that 24/7.

Hope all is good with your baby now.

Pong,

We're getting there... I need to get a couple of things done, but as you can appreciate, I don't think it'll be completely done.

Javier - what is your exhaust system? I see the center exit but details would be nice.

My car was one of the few, if any, RUF Turbo R's done with a center exhaust usually reserved for the CTR2 at RUF germany, which was a modified 993 turbo exhaust. The previous owner upgraded it so he could get the sound he wanted...

I noticed that after I took the video, I thought it was cool too!
