There have been a lot of claims - everything from cars being slightly misrepresented to an early 911 being a flood car to assumptions about them purchasing used and stamped maintenance record books on eBay under a different account name (now what might a used car dealership do with filled out maintenance logs?). I have no personal experience with them, but I would be nervous about buying a non-PPIed car from anyone, let alone Victory.

What is the reason for removing the undertray?

First, to check for leaks, then keeping it off to allow for better cooling.
