Default Will 996 Rturbo Wheels Fit 993TT?

Will the rear Ruf 11x19 wheels wrap in 315/25/19 MSP2 tires and 28mm spacer fit onto a 993TT?

Best of Luck,

depends on the offsets, I have an et of 34 on mine with 11" rims, i could not fit 305's under the arches with that offset, you may be able to with an offset around 40-45 but I dont know if they will clear the rotors/breaks

Given that they're 19s I would have though there won't be rotor/brake clearance issues virtually regardless of the offset. It's bodywork and suspension clearance that are potential issues, no?

They offsets are 45 and my car presently has PSS9. I don't think it will have issues with the rotors but it's the fender rubbing that concerns me.

my 10" ruf 19's use a 28mm spacer, so i would imagine 11's is smaller.

I have that same wheel, same spacer, and same sized tires (but different brand) on my 993TT. No rubbing issues, no rolled fenders, no crazy camber angles. Go for it.

Thank you Steve. I was hoping for your response.
What tires are you running? How are they size up with MPS2?

i also ran 315 25 19s with my 997tt wheels and had no problems back to 305 30 19s since they are a more common size and less expensive easier to find

Vincent,

I have Continentals... prolly not the best choice. I think the actual tires should be very close in size, but I don't know.

Barney,

Yes, Ruf wheels. My car is a total Ruf Turbo R conversion with every bell and whistle (except the instruments).

Just purchased these 19" Ruf wheels. Simply gorgeous.

Front 8.5x19 w/ 235/35/19 MPS2 weighs 51lbs.
Rear 11x 19 w/ 315/25/19 MPS2 weighs 61 lbs.
Rear 28mm Spacers and lugs x 2 weighs 16lbs

Total 240 lbs Ouch!!
