Dang... your car looks great. Rufus is already in Santa Cruz, and I move up over the July 4th weekend. Soon we can have them side-by-side!

+1 on the ceasing new pics. Too tempting for my Turbo R.

Your car looks awesome. I am glad that I saw it before it was shipped back to CA.

I want the steering wheel and shifter next ... and the RUF guys are pushing me hard to do it. My car will be there this week for wheels and PSS10 install. Can't wait.

But I don't think that I could ever catch up to your car's list of mods.

Javier - I've been meaning to email you. HOw are you enjoying Kevin's ex RUF? Always been a huge fan of that car. One of the first and best examples and Kevin did everything right on that car. Love the center exhaust!!!!
Thanks! I love the car... there are still little issues I need to take care of, but the car is amazing. The speed and handling are really a dream... I never thought a Porsche could draw a crowd, but mine has a couple of times...weird. In fact, on Saturday I was driving home from a Cars and Coffee in Irvine and a guy in a yellow audi followed me for about 20 miles... was kind of strange so I pulled out to fill up and he followed me out to see the car and shake my hand... like I said... weird.

Also added new PS2's - 235/35/19 up front and 315/25/19 out back. I rolled the rear fenders and the fit is perfect. Not even a hint of rubbing and actually have a bit more room (if only i had wider rear wheels). Tires look pretty huge and the ride is much better.
Man, mine look dinky in comparison... Btw, do you have the new generation GT1 brakes? They look just like mine...

Thanks guys for the comments. Glad you approve!!!

Looking forward to getting together with you and RUFUS steve.

Patrick, get the wheel and shift ****. I love em!!

Javier, I do have the newest GT1's. Mine are actually slightly different than yours. OUr rear set up has changed slightly. I love the look of the huge 15'' rotors, but there is zero clearance (and I mean zero). THe brakes Steve has on RUFUS actually fit better. OUr set up cuts it really close. (Check your wheels). I love your car!!!!

I'm planning on changing out to a 355 disc and a 6-piston caliper. The caliper is huge! Disc is slighly smaller, but it will give me a few millimeters more clearance.

Vince, when are we going to see more pics of your 3.8?

Funny you should asked. I just spoked to my body shop today regarding Ruf body kit upgrades. Since my car is also guard red I thought it would be easiest if I email him the link of this thread. I hope you don't mind having a clone of your car in 2 weeks.

Btw, I am running the exact size Ruf wheels and tires as yours without having to roll the fender.

RUFUS's brakes used to be in my car... I don't mind the no-clearance though... just love them... How great would it be to have all the RUF's together for some pics?

Steve,

Buying brakes from a Kevin again!?
