I am thinking of upgrading to the RS Clutch/Flywheel setup.Does anyone have the correct part #'s?I need them to verify I am ordering the correct parts,if I decide to do this. The main # I am interested in,is the Disk. This is the # I have 996 116 015 32.Is this correct?
I did a search and it seems most of you are happy with this setup.Any opinions appreciated. Is the noise really that bad?
Car will be used for strickly street driving.Should I just stay with the stock setup?
Thanks

I sell the complete LWFW kit with the Sach's Race pressure plate and GT3RS disk for $1,995.00 (in stock)
The disk will make noise at idle and until you apply enough load.. Typically at 2500 to 2800 RPM's the noise will disappear..

I bought mine from Kevin and love it. I don't hear any noise from mine, but that may be due to the fact that I am running muffler bypass pipes and they mask the noise.

I have no issues at all with the car in daily use. Just as easy to drive as any other car I've had. When I bought my 993, I knew it needed a clutch. Driving on the worn out one was much more of a challenege than driving with a LWFW. I would say that the new setup in my 993 is easier to drive than my old Boxster S stock setup. The clutch pedal in the Boxster was very heavy.
I've sat in traffic for hours before and not had any issues.

My previous and current 993tts have an Andial version of the lwf setup. Absolutely no issues in drivability.
I cannot hear any rattle, but my car is loud and I am deaf.

Some have mentioned a really high pedal after the LWF flywheel install. Anyone care to add to that?
I have done several LWF installs on the NA cars and have enjoyed the relatively low pedal on those cars. I dont have experience with the turbo cars with respect to LWF use.

The engagement point on mine is a little high. Besides a test drive in a few other 993TTs, I don't have much to compare it to. When I bought mine, the engagement point was extremely high due to the worn out clutch. Way better now then when I bought it.

I've got Kevin's setup and it absolutely acts like stock in every way. Stock pedal, engagement and I don't notice any funny noises. I'll be at Laguna Seca on 29 Feb if anyone in that area wants to check it out.
