Right as rain. Gert sells the wheel for 410 Euro and the airbag for an additional 410 Euro. Not cheap, but they're OEM quality.

Dried rubber.

I've since used Adam's Vinyl/Rubber/Tire to rejuvenate them.

You can buy OEM here in the states from Sunset in Oregon. About $450 plus shipping. With "haz mat" shipping right around $500.
The xchange rate is disastrous right now. If I were where you are I'd certainly order from Gert! Assuming you are not in Napa today

in the uk the steelers sell them for about £350, but there is no shipping, and if you have membership to the Porsche club uk, then there is also a 10% discount on that. so it can be ok.

The airbag pops out from behind the cover over the steering wheel, so the crest flips out with the steering wheel cover as it opens to let the airbag out-hence, no issues with crests impaling the driver.

Actually I'm in SF today, Napa tomorrow and then back to London a week or so later. But I already made my purchase from Gert, with a silver crest to match the one on my hood. Along with the silver gauges and various aluminum bits on the inside, my car looks like it could have been a special order for Al Davis!

Thanks. The thumbpads are perfectly located and the stitching along the inner diameter is comfy.

The previous owner installed the wheel. I know it can be sourced from Gert. When we were negotiating, we came up with a +/- about $500 for the wheel as the seller's son had a P-car he wanted to install it in if we didn't take it.

there are a variety of new wheels for sale on eBay right now at a variety of prices. All appear to be NOS. MS Road and Race has a bunch of them. Good guy to do business with too. No affiliation.

If you don't see one listed I'd call him and check. He seems to list some stuff our there but has more...

Not that I know of. The best deal on new airbags I have found is via Sunset Imports in Oregon.

I think he can supply them, its just the shipping thats the issue, as airbags are supposed to be sent by ground post, so it can take time
