Default help with leakdown #s...

I think I am confusing myself, I am looking at a '96 tt that had leakown numbers of 10%, 6% 10% 4% 10% 4%, and also compression readings of 145 145 145 150 145 145. These numbers are bad right? I should run not walk away, correct ? Thanks much.

Thank you. I did a search and discovered that thread among others, but a mechanic friend of mine said those numbers were acceptable. Of course, he works for Chrysler. Thanks again.

PM if you wouldn't mind, I would like to know which car you are looking at for my own reference.
TIA
