Default Turbo S at the track again

Hi Folks,
Took the baby to the track again....and will continue to do so. This is the 3rd round of our local Porsche Club Supersprint competition at Oran Park GP circuit. Getting faster all the time but still not up to the pace of Boost Crazy....cant get his flame spitting action happening either! The car is off the road right now having a full cage fitted and a few other tweaks to get it to Tarmac Rally spec. It is going to work hard for the rest of this year and has a full calendar booked for next year.......she is no garage queen!
Will send some more of the transformation from road car to rally car as I get them.

Default some more of the rally car transformation

Hi Gang,
As promised, some more of the morph from low mileage road car to tarmac rally car......
Interior is out and the plates are in for the roll cage.
Trim will go back better than it came out so no panic about that.
Boost Crazy, yours will look like this on Monday....they are doing the two together. Your other mods look great!
Rear wiper delete done and blanking plug to go in.
more to come.....................

Any HP MODS?

Hah! That's a classic!

The S does look good on track. It's understandable that you're not worried about track mileage or wear - the people at the factory assembled the interior with the steering wheel on the incorrect side. Weird...

Hey Grant,

Great to catch up the other night. Car is looking the Biz...

I dunno when mine will be ready - I have just had PR on the phone regarding an issue.... Nothing that a big does of $$$$ wont fix I'm sure... besides I have so much on right now - can hardly take a breath!

Jean - very funny - My car is stock - anyone can beat me - Why are you asking Grant if he wants to beat me?? - Do you have a 750+HP motor to sell???

My seats are done, the few remaining bits are on the way form Germany and hopefully that will finish the interior. The brakes will be done soon (well I live in hope) and that only leaves horsepower........

Ohh and some talent! Anyone have any ideas where I can get some of that?

Anyway a few pics...

If it is the same person I met this fellow at the PBOC Winterfest in January 2006. His car is Arctic silver with black interior if my memory is correct. He never missed a run group. It was the first time I witnessed a 993 TT S on track. Very nice indeed
