That car is a work of art, I have taken so many pictures of it. I bet you have spent as much time as I did looking at it and trying to understand every small trick they have done to it (have you seen the little fans on the side openings of the front bumper and how the air is routed through the center oil cooler?) Quite an amazing machine.
This was a Race GT2 (GT2R) that was converted to street legal, and is, in the words of Olaf Manthey, the fastest thing he has ever driven. This car was originally tuned by RS Tuning (it still has the ECU branded) and was later tweaked by Manthey for aerodynamics, bodywork, cooling etc.. It has a full CF/Kevlar bottom if you saw it, very pretty.
Thanks for the pics, and I hope you enjoyed the drives!!. A 'ring trip keeps one absent minded for months to come.
