Default RUF Oil Cooler at $1499 worth premium over turbo S for $1000
Looks like the RUF oil cooler has gone up...darn dollar. Anyways, is it really worth an extra $500 over the turbo S one? I could have the turbo S one installed for less than the cost of the RUF unit....

Yes, the Ruf cooler is very much larger and mounts up against the AC condensor and uses the same fan. It is a very effective cooler. The S cooler is quite small, and I found it to be hardly effective at the track with high ambient temps on a stock 993TT. I think its worth the difference.

Where did you see it at $1499?? I was quoted $1800 for it..

If you intend to track ever, the bigger cooler is worth it.

worth every penny of that $500... more

The last time I checked with RUF Dallas... Wayne had 2 units in stock and ready to roll.
