I was just going to say -- while the death-wheel is out of the toolbox, lower that damn roof!! Install NB rear quarter panels.
Take the mirrors off -- install cameras and displays inside the car to replace the mirrors. Smoothe (UK speak?) the trunk lid like the 996 and 997 -- someone makes a cf hood with this feature built in. Reduce cooling inlets on the front bumper to mimimal aperture sizing -- just enough to keep it cool. Tape-off with heli tape all bodywork junctions, gaps etc. Snip-of the rubber drains under the trunk.
Dare I say put your engine cover back on?

I will consider that roof lowering because I have ordered CF roof and removed additional brake light. Now there are quite big (2cm ) empty edge in place where was that brake light.. I'll also shave those rain gutters.
What comes to mirrors, I already have RUF aero mirrors on shelf but I won't clue them to glass.. instead of that I have idea that I'll do some sheet metal fixing to them(weld back of A pillar) that they can easily removed when going "speedpartys"
I have also CF hood which I have to modify anyway because I have to install new wiper system..the old one is now on the wrong side of the glass
..
But here are version 2, (maybe final version), how to install those 997 headlights. This version is "aero version". I like that. What do you say?

You NEED to join Auto Motor Sport Magazine for a Nardo V-Max run.
They take about 5 readers of the mag to Nardo every year. Pls try to get into that.
If you need help with that shoot me PM.
At least they also measure 0-300kph if your gearing is not long enough to go beyond 320 or so.

Jussi you are a nut case but I understand where you are coming from. My 964 3.6 turbo running circa 400bhp would hit the aerodynamic brick wall at circa 175mph (speedo mph) and you could physically hear the wind noise off the front end. You are a top man.

I think you are working on the wrong end of the car to improve aerodynamic. Front end does a pretty good job of moving the air around the car.
But there are lots of turbulent at the rear (i.e. drag).

She's now just learning to drive again with new shining headlights.. have to keep her tied up for a while
But the new look of the car, isn't bad at all, or is it?

what this diagram is showing is that the rear end of the car is a low pressure zone, just like any other car, air flows from high pressure zones to low pressure zones, this in fact, accelerates the flow. The disturbance that you are seeing on this diagram is not a handicap to drag, drag is mostly impacted by the frontal area of this car, the headlights in particular are one of the biggest aerodynamic handicaps, besides the windscreen slope. On an open wheel race car, that would be the tires.
