I went to his website, he wants a "pretty penny" for that car. Fair price or not, I think it's a little strong for that car.

 

NOT, because of that ugly dealer decal as Bill (NC) noted.

According to the Ebay listing, it just sold. There is no turbo s in the country that I know of with fewer miles that is less expensive. Perhaps 170K was fair asking price.

Richard Sloan has three that have less miles, although the asking prices are in the ballpark of this one. I wonder what these cars are really selling for, I had a perfect 1994 Flatnose Turbo S, although I saw asking prices well into the low $100s, the car was sold for a lot less.

 

Well, I bought a car from Sloan, and have tried to buy others. I can tell you that there is not a lot of room in those Sloan prices. He has turned me down at close to asking prices and sold to me very close to an asking price.

The cars Sloan has with fewer miles are 5-15k more expensive than this one. And the one that is 5k more has what is essentially a purple interior. RPM has one with slightly fewer miles, too, but for 10k more money.

I won't be surprised if this car reappears for sale somewhere else for more money. A few months ago, a silver/black TT with about 10-15k miles showed up on ebay by some crappy dealer; it sold in 1 day at 135, and showed up at RPM for 165 a week later. It has since sold, obviously for a lot more than 135.

 

That's about as crazy as the Barrett Jackson auctions.

 

Nice car ... but I wouldn't pay that kinda coin for it.
