Default EU TT shocks with RS-springs?

I have a -97 TT (Sweden), soon with 110000km on it.
There is a set of standard shocks with RS-springs that is 40000km "old" for sale. The guy want 550 dollar. Is it a ok price and have anyone any experience of this combination? Are they much harder and how much lower are they?

don't bother go with the bilstein pss9 you'll end up doing it now or later so might as well do it now, especially with shocks with 40k km on them dont even bother

the pss9 are a coilover suspension and replace the stanfdard springs and shocks, they are fully adjustable and thus you are able to run at whatever height you please, they are usually 2500 and then of course the labor to install, the the alignment and corner balancing

best
