Who offers best 3.8L conversion?
Hello everyone,
I've read on these forums that Andial is no longer offering its awsome 3.8L conversion. Who else can perform such rebuild? Preferably someone in So. California.
Thanks,
Enrique

For longevity I would recommend staying with the stock engine size. The 3.8l cylinders are thin and to do it properly requires the case spigots to be bored out 2mm from 107 to 109mm meaning you cannot go back to stock displacement. I don't see the value in the 3.8l kits and think you'll get better valued results from turbos and programming updates.

I'm very happy with results: +600hp/+800Nm.
There you can get also Twin Spark conversion at same.
3.8L Cylinders are not weak if they are bore-in model(RSR conversion) and TS head with welded fins and good interlocking flame rings are very good combination..

Regarding Rob at S Car Go - stood me up for an appointment at his shop, and never even bothered to call back and apologize .... therefore a flake. I couldn't imagine treating any of my customers so poorly.

js-911,
Phoenix is not that far from here, is Turbokraft's pricing similar to Andial's, $50k-$55k for the conversion? What else did your conversion entail? Sounds like you did your homework and ended up with excellent results.
Thanks again everyone,
Enrique
