cheapest source for OE 993TT pads?
Subject pretty much sums it up, where's the best place to order a set? (rather not pay the 'dealer surcharge' )

I found that with the 10% PCA discount, the dealer prices were pretty close to online suppliers. Especially if you use your $100 off $200 pca coupon if you are a pca member.
Example:
Dealer price: $78 + $107 for all 4 sets.
Pelican Parts: $96 + $117 for all 4 sets
I also saw in some recent issue of a porsche magazine, a supplier selling a front/rear set for $80 each. It's carlsen porsche's online sales or something similar. However, they never returned my email, but it might be worthwhile to call them.
I just replaced my fronts last week and was able to transfer the sensor wires. The rears were fine. They never seem to wear out. From what I've heard you go through 2-3 fronts for a set of rears.
