Post Dyno/Tuner recommendations

I am looking for some recommendations for a shop in SOCAL that you could recommend to do a little baselining analysis on my TT. I've got all of these FVD goodies on my car, but I really don't know where I am at. I want to find someone very knowledgeable to put it on a Dyno and measure air fuel ratios etc. and then make recommendations on how to optimise.

I would try ASSCO in Anaheim, I believe they
have a dyno. Let us know with your results.

Oops! Thats what I get for staying up too late,it
would be interesting to compare the difference with your old ECU. I have a feeling that they might suggust that you go with an aftermarket engine management sytem that can be custom tuned to your TT's needs, they do a lot of race car stuff.

Ahaaaa. Thanks, Laura and John. I thought you were takin' the micky! I couldn't find the first spelling on in the web yellow pages.
You might be right about the ECU. I currently have the FVD unit, but I have no idea what it's doing.

I just spoke to AASCO, and they recomended Hergesheimer. I believe that is you, Laura, n'est-ce pas?
AASCO only has an engine cell dyno, and did not think it would be cost effective to dismantle my car
I just looked on a map, and Lake Forest is far far away.....
Maybe I can talk Karen into a little vacation.

"Well, no honey, we'd have to take two cars because we're going to take one in to the shop when we get there.... No well it's a special KIND of shop.... Did I mention it's right near a big lake?"

I think I'm gonna have to work on my presentation a little.

Being in Socal you have access to one of the best tunners/dyno shops anywhere. Call them and set up an appointment, you will not be disapointed.

R&D Dyno service

Tell them Russ sent you, might get a price break .
