Default Does anyone know this 1996 993TT?

Hi I was looking on ebay and noticed this 1996 Porsche 993 TT it has 40k miles and it appears to be in great shape. The price $62,900 seems very reasonable.

What do you guys think?

Thanks

An Investment hit in me in the face and now I unfortunately cannot buy this car. I figure I can always go get a 993TT but Investments deals are not flying all over the place these days. Well anyways the car is still for sale, I was working with the seller and was about to pull the trigger then some deal too good to be true landed on my desk. Anyways I told the seller I would post it on the Porsche site and try to help him sell it. The car is a 3 owner car. No paintwork or accidents Clean Carfax and just did a PPI. You guys can pm me if you have any more questions as I went over the car with the seller several times or just call him.

Corey don't you think you should disclose your financial connection to the seller?

The car may or may not be as advertised, but this guy's a dealer. We've been down this road before.....

JR,

We have been down this road as well. I do not own this car. I do have some friends in Chicago that I have bought cars from including Chicago Motorcars and DiamondMotorwerks. This is a different guy obviously as they list cars under their dealer names. I was just posting this up as a nice jesture as the car is a good deal. Exactly around what I wanted to pay for one but just not good timing. If you want to go through this whole ordeal again you can forget I am not wasting time doing this. If your interested in the car contact the seller if not then post somewhere else.

I would stay away from any seller with only a 94% positive rating and especially one with a misleading ebay ad.

Corey, why don't you just tell these guys you are a dealer? I remember as far back as 5 years ago you pushing cars on Supraforums where you had a new car every week. Nothing is wrong with dealing so just be honest with everybody. You dancing around it does not make you look good....

Corey ----> a used car salesman, not a legit 993tt enthusiast.

You guys got me. Actually if I was a used car salesman I would be going broke as I usually end up losing money on the cars I buy and keep between 6 months to a year. You guys think what you want. I don't own a 993TT now and was planning on purchasing one but things come up as you know. If I was a dealer I would of bought one and tried to resell it. I do own a few cars right now but I am not ready to get rid of them yet. When I get some financial things situated I will be back in a 993TT either like this or like the yellow one on ebay. I did go through a few supras. I started with the 94 with high mileage then made my way up to the 98 RSP with 10k miles. I will do the same with Porsche Turbos. I started with an Polar silver with 30's mileage wise and I will make my way up to my ideal Yellow 993TT with low miles. You guys might think I am a dealer and honestly I don't really care. I should get my dealers license though as these taxes are starting to kick in. Anyways, think what you want. I am not going to negotiate what my status is specifically over the internet.
