I did and that is my goal to club race.
It seems that my 500 hp turbo would have to run in a class that I am years away from being competitve.Plus the euro cup has to stay the way it is and is much more cost effective.

Looks like a nice car. I had a '99 Boxster in that colour combination -- quite stylish.
For your eBay ad., I noticed the following:
* JIC, not Jic and you might mention 15 position damper/rebound adjustment
* you might mention or even show excerpts for receipts for all work and current service history
* show specs for ride height, corner balance, alignment
* show wheels, tires in detail, show detail pics of any blemishes
* window sticker?
* get an "authenticity" letter from PCNA
* compile all documents into a bound volume with loose-leaf plastic envelopes for stuff that shouldn't have a whole in it, eg. window sticker, letter from Porsche
* compile vehicle history, provenance, carfax
"rebuilt by the top Porsche performance shop in New England. Custom Modified 3.8 litre rebuilt engine"
- explain what "rebuilt" means (engine, trans, suspension, accident damage)
"GT2 Turbos, Protomotive ECU with Software Upgrade"
- show a dyno before/after and receipts and a letter from Todd explaining what was done, the health of the engine before/after etc.
"new Steel Syncro Transmission"
- explain (3rd, 4th only or all gears or ... and again, show a receipt and explain the useful value of this work and why you went into the gearbox in the first place ... very few people upgrade transaxle internals without a reason to crack the box in the first place)
"High Performance Rotors with new Calipers"
- what doe you mean by high performance rotors (frozen? slotted? brand? mileage and useage?)
- new calipers or upgraded? if just replacement, why and to what benefit for the new owner?
"Fab Speed Exhaust"
- which one? how much? just cat-back? new cats? emissions?
"complete new Fuel System"
- complete would mean tank, lines, pump, regulator, rails and injectors ... really?
"Cross Jic Magic Adjustable Performance Suspension"
- JIC
- 15 position?
- miles on it?
- warranty, receipt, settings, alignment?
- sway bars?
"new Clutch"
"custom HRE Rims"
- painted centers to match the blue body?
- offsets, sizes, receipt, warranty, condition, tested round and true?
"new Bridgestone Potenza Tires"
"custom stereo installed"
-- kept the orignal?
-- what's the spec on the new stuff?
", and to much more to list."
-- you mean "too" and really, is it too much bother for the new owner to know what they're paying a couple of years savings to buy? This is the part that annoys me. Don't sell this car short, take some time and give it the effort it deserves and at least the credit for the work already gone into making it that "unique" example you want the buyer to appreciate.
" All of this work completed this past year and there has been 3000 miles driven since completion. Midnight Blue Paint in excellent condition with invisible 3M clear bra on the nose. Grey Leather interior in excellent condition. This car has been meticulously maintained and needs nothing.
-- every car on eBay has only 3000 miles since the work and is meticulously maintained. (cough!)
"It is up for sale to make room for the GT3 on order."
- you've just helped to convince some 996/997 GT3 would-be buyers to choose the GT3 instead of the 993 Turbo and done nothing to sell or describe your Turbo
Well, this is only your second post to Rennlist, but I thought I'd give you as much help as possible.
Tidy up your ad on eBay and good luck.
