the valves pointing to the ground got ripped off, i am nbot sure hwat you call them and i was forced to undo them or else they would have been dragging, does this affect the car or should i take them to my tech to have them installed? Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like the heating system bleed valves. Probably best to have a tech check out the system for proper repair, but doesn't have any effect on how the car runs.

No, you DO need them. When the engine blower turns on after powering off your car, it sends the heat out of these valves. It's a cooling measure to cool down the heads after driving the car and parking it.

what is the real consequence of running without these valves. the sleeves are still connected, just because it t does not flow through the valves and flows freely what does this affect?
