Default New clutch?

Something is slipping during moderate to hard acceleration. When this happens I do not smell clutch but what else could it be? Suggestions.

Take your car out and shove it from 3 to 5th and see if the engine lugs and pulls thru 5th.. If the RPM's remain high you need a new clutch..

Kevin,
Thanks for the info. That is what I did and it is a clutch problem. Might as well put a sport clutch and a new fly wheel in. Having trouble finding a light weight flywheel in the USA, may have to order if from Germany.

I'm running Kevins clutch and pressure plate as well as a lightweight flywheel. Highly recommended.
