Question Help: Ambient temp sensor location?

Well, It IS hot today, but my ambient temp gauge on the OBC is wandering around... up to 140 degrees. Everthing else looks normal, so I think its the ambient temp sensor... where is it located? Any ideas what might be wrong?

Thanks.

The sensor is located just behind the driver's side air intake on the front bumper and right in front of the aux oil cooler that Ruf probably installed. Hence high temps and low air flow=invalid high indicated temps. Probably no malfunction.

Thanks Don. Hey I'll be up in SLO Sunday at noon. But in the Scion... I'm meeting my son-in-law (he's coming down from Santa Cruz) to hand over the high-res scanner he just won on eBay. Its too big to carry in Rufus.

Stop by Steve, it would be good to see you-even in a Scion! I'll probably have my car partially apart, time for it's annual scrubbing.
