Tim - I feel your frustration....the biggest one I would look into is the rust bubble...sounds like some moisture has worked its way under the winshield. If you to pull the windshield to get to the bubble for proper repair, that would be the time to replace the glass.
I am sure one of the other 993 owners have a Bilstein coilover tool that you can borrow, or possibly buy one cheaper online?
Sounds like your brake fluid might be low or a funky sensor?
The Becker and the mismatched Pirellis can be done down the road....
My recommendation is to prioritize the "to-do" list and knock them off as time and $$ allows. The joys of used car onwership! Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, so take your time and it will come together.
Hopefully there will be another Denver get-together soon, I missed the one on this Saturday sadly.
Regards - Yasin

I think very few, if anyone, ever gets a car that's "perfect" by their standards. Some things the previous owner lived with may drive you bonkers. It's taken me two years to get mine exactly like I thought it should be, but boy is it worth it! Drive it and enjoy every mile.

Congrats on the new car. Those clear corners look great, I'll have to look into that for mine. The B&B exhaust on my former 993 sounded awesome at idle. How do you like the sound on your Turbo?

BTW, Tim, doesn't porsche honor the 10yr rust thru warranty, regardless of owner?
