Tire Question...or confirmation
Guys:
My car is still not here yet
But I have a set of rims on the way.
The fronts are 18 x 8.5's and the rears are 18 x 11's. The rears have tires 295/30/18.
I need to put a set on the front. I dont want to increase my sidewall as a 235/40 would. I have been using the 1010tires website to paly with the calculations.
From my fiddling and help from my friend Mike, it looks like 245/35 woul dbe correct.
What size do you recommend? I would like wider the better

If the overall diams of the 245x35x18 will closely match the rears, then you should be good to go. I suggest you look at the Tire Rack website for the specs of the exact brand of tire you are using, since there is quite some variation... even with tires of the same specified sizes. When do you get your car? I'm most anxious to see the pictures with those amazing wheel you stole.
