why do you get more hp with larger turbos?

I have mesured now

The tread is 120mm from the nut to the rod end

I've had my 100 cell cats installed in place of the original cells. I'll post some pictures later for future reference

You need to measure from the tip of the threaded rod, (forward toward the actuator pot) to the forward 10mm jamb nut.. Not the nut nearest to the end of the rod, but the one closest to the actuator. You also need to remove the clip to get the measurement.
